Fancy Free Birthday Card

I am unable to accept returns or process refunds at this time so please choose your items carefully. I will do my best to make the images and descriptions as detailed as possible so you have a good idea of what you are purchasing - no surprises, I promise!! I also encourage you to email me with any questions you may have about any of the products in my store.

 

In the unfortunate event that there is a problem with your order, if it arrives damaged or if you are unhappy with what you have recieved, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to help you. 

 

Packaging:

Orders are wrapped lovingly in paper and packaged in a rigid mailer or padded mailer that is made from recycled and recyclable material. I want my product to be as waste free as possible so I use no plastic and everything is recyclable and reuseable!

 

I will send out the orders within 1-3 business days of recieving the order.

Orders within the USA:

For orders shipped within the USA I will use USPS First Class Package Service - Retail. Please allow 2-8 business days for orders to arrive after I have sent you shipping confirmation.

 

International orders:

For international orders I will use First Class International. This postage option does not include tracking.

 

Please allow 5-20 business days for all international orders to arrive after I have sent you shipping confirmation.

I cannot pay any customs fees that your country may charge, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
