Payment
Payments are made on our site via Wix payments that allows you to select from various payment options including major credit/debit cards or Paypal.

Order Processing and Postage
We endeavour to send your orders as quickly as possible, however it can take up to 5 business days to process and dispatch your oder.
We currently post our customer orders via Standard Shipping options. The price varies on order quantity.
For orders over 50 EUR you will receive free postage.
Postage should take 1-2 days to arrive after being dispatched, however please allow an extra 2-4 days before receiving your order.
International Postage
We currently post our orders within Germany only. Unfortunately we do not post internationally at this time. If you live outside of Germany and really want our products please reach out and contact us. If we receive enough interest we will consider changing our shipping terms.
Returns
We hope our customers are always satisfied with our products and that they arrive to you safe and sound. I would hate for you not to receive your order, so if there is any loss or damage to your order I can happily send a replacement.
We strive to create the best quality product possible and to represent them online as true as possible, however if you are unsatisfied by the quality of the product we will happily accept returns for items in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method not including postage fees.
We are not responsible for any postage of the returned items, this needs to be the full responsibility of the customer.
